Jim & Tim took two very different musical roads.
Jim Goodrich is a classically trained singer who holds a Masters’ Degree in Vocal Pedagogy. He has sung with the Grant Park Symphony Chorus and is a founding member of, and arranger for, the mixed a cappella quartet 4-AM.
Tim Kennedy is a founding member of The Legends, a Chicago based classic rock band which was started in grade school and is still going strong. Tim plays lead guitar and is one of the two lead singers.

All other Sunday events were canceled, but again, people rose to the occasion.
Instead of playing only three hours as scheduled, entertainers [Jim] and Tim played for seven and a half hours at the beer garden, according to Al Lee, Lions Club treasurer and beer garden manager.
“Even though most of us were wet and muddy, we had fun,” Lee said. “A lot of my friends said it was the best Elburn Days ever.”
A seven and a half hour first gig. That pretty much sealed the deal. You see, the crowd got larger as the day went on and they wanted Jim & Tim to keep playing.
That happens every time they play, people just don’t want them to stop. From the 60’s through today, Classic Rock, R&B and Country, they don’t just play the songs people love to hear, people have to sing along. And that truly makes them
